"Those who have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness." - Edward Stanley

Eat Something Green

Green foods are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients – all of which help your brain and body function optimally. Sure, you can live a long, fulfilling life without green foods. But when you know the benefits, and when they’re readily available, why pass them up?

There are plenty of green goodies to choose from like spinach, broccoli, asparagus, collard greens, green beans, artichoke, okra, Brussels sprouts – the list goes on! And they can be eaten alone or as part of a dish.

Plus, the more earthly greens you enjoy, the less nonsense you’re putting into your sacred vessel. Which means you boost your chances of feeling good most days by supporting your body’s natural functions.

Now, eating green doesn’t have to be a big dramatic deal. It can be simple and incorporated into your current meals. And over time, you may find yourself preferring green foods because you can feel the difference they make in your daily life.
