Fear is a weird feeling that prevents us from loving and living fully. It’s a form of “not-love” and cousins to anxiety, resentment, and envy.
Fear also becomes a thinking habit and a knee-jerk reaction to unexpected situations or whenever we feel uncomfortable.
But we can break this self-deprecating habit by facing our fears on a daily basis.
We can start small by simply doing something that makes us feel uncomfortable.
After realizing we’re still intact, we can then take on another source of discomfort – another small fear. Over time, we’ll gradually replace the habit of reacting in fear with the habit of facing our fears.
