"Gratitude changes the pangs of memory into a tranquil joy." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Gratitude First

When we approach life from a position of gratitude, incredible things happen. We’re more accepting of others and life circumstances. We’re more confident and less anxious. We feel lighter and have better relationships.

See, gratitude comes from a place of love. Being thankful is like giving the world a big hug. It’s forgiving. It’s compassion. It’s understanding.

The opposite of gratitude is anger, resentment, and blame. And none of that is rooted in love.
