Water is a basic building block of life. Our bodies are made up of mostly water. So, we need to replenish our internal water supply so that our brains and bodies can function well.
Plus, when we are sufficiently hydrated, our thoughts are clearer, our emotions are more stable, and we have a better shot at feeling joyful.
So, whenever you feel a little low or want to reach for something to fill a void, grab a glass of rejuvenating water instead. Resist the urge to fill your body with unhelpful foods and substances and go back to the basics.
