If I waited for perfection... I would never write a word. - Margaret Atwood

Perfection Stalls Progress

Perfectionism gets in the way of progress and can quickly become a procrastination habit.

Waiting for everything to be perfect before executing our plans just keeps us wading in what-ifs and I-wonders.

It’s good to prioritize quality, but it’s not so good to obsess over it.

So, instead of waiting until everything is perfect, just get going and adopt a mindset of continuous improvement. Strive for excellence over perfection.

Bonus: When we give ourselves some slack and prevent perfectionism from getting in the way, we tend to have more compassion for ourselves and for others.
