By now, we’ve all read every time management trick in the book. We don’t need more training and trackers and timers to keep our days in line.
But with all our knowledge and tools, why do we still get off course? Why do unfinished items lurk on our to-do lists?
In addition to time management, we also need to practice energy and emotional management.
We may give a lot of ourselves to a lot of tasks and people throughout the day. But do all those tasks and all those people require all of us all the time? Probably not.
