You can be physically fit and still be unhealthy. Health isn’t just about diet and exercise. Although, a wholesome diet and daily exercise are super-duper important.

To round off those chiseled muscles, you need to include your mind in your regime.

Do you ever take time to let your mind rest? With no screens or devices? No chatter or to-do lists?

Please prioritize your thinking in addition to your diet and physical activity. A healthy mind helps your whole self live healthily and happily.
