Eat for Elimination

What goes in, must come out…

See, our bodies are energy conversion machines. They spend all their seconds transforming air, water, and food into useable energy and nutrients that support our internal systems and keep us alive.

But our bodies don’t need everything we take in, and we produce some unusable byproducts during energy and nutrient conversion. Thus, we have a few built-in waste streams – like sweating, urinating, and defecating – that help get rid of the stuff we don’t need.

And we all know what happens when our bodies can’t get rid of all that waste…

So, why not help our bodies do what they do best? Why not feed our bodies nutritious foods that encourage effective elimination?
