We all get that “fear of missing out” sometimes. But it’s just part of our need for control.
Yet, ironically, such fear weakens our control over ourselves, which is the only thing we have the power to control anyways.
Next time that pesky fear creeps up on you, take a moment to acknowledge it and follow it. Let that fear guide you to the underlying attachment.
Then look that attachment straight in the eye and lovingly say, “Thank you, you can go now.”
